For an Amsterdam-based, multinational and growing technology company, we are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant. In this role, you will support the Founder in
managing day-to-day priorities, communication, and coordination in a structured and reliable way; ensuring time, information, and workflows are aligned to support effective decision-making. This position is suited for someone who can maintain oversight, handle multiple responsibilities, and ensure smooth execution across operational and administrative processes.
Responsibilities
● Manage complex calendars, including scheduling, prioritization, and coordination
● Handle high-volume email communication and act as a key point of contact
● Prepare, edit, and manage documents, presentations, and reports (MS Office)
● Coordinate meetings, calls, and video conferences, including preparation and follow-up
● Organize travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, visas, itineraries)
● Track priorities, deadlines, and action points across stakeholders
● Support internal coordination, events, and team activities
● Maintain administrative accuracy across systems
● Maintain structure in workflows and documentation (e.g. Notion or similar tools)
● Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
● Provide back-up support to team members when required
Profile
● 3–6 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role
● Completed HBO diploma (minimum requirement)
● Strong organizational and planning skills with high attention to detail
● Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal)
● Confident working with senior stakeholders
● Fluent in Dutch, English, and Turkish. Spanish is a plus
● Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
● Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach
● Strong command of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Compensation & Benefits
● Monthly gross salary: €4,500 – €5,500, depending on experience
